What should we choose?

At our company, we specialize in organizing successful events. We believe it is essential to ensure that the product and participants are well-matched, and so we take great care in presenting the best solutions to meet your needs.

We may even decline to host an event if we feel it is not suitable for the occasion, location, or participants. We are always here to assist you in choosing the perfect game.

We guarantee that you will have a good experience, no matter which edition you choose.

If you want something extra, you can go with the plus edition. If you want to bring down the price, you can choose the light edition.

Most customers choose the standard edition.

Can I get a written offer?

Alternatively, you can complete the form on our website. We will send you an offer via email that can be easily shared with colleagues via electronic means or printed out if necessary for a meeting.

My colleagues must not know anything!

We are aware that the event sometimes is a surprise.

Will it be relevant to contact you by telephone, we always try to call your mobile/direct number first. If a colleague answers the phone, we never say where we are calling from.

Am I committing to something?

No, all inquiries are completely non-binding, and of course, you do not commit to anything before you choose to order.

Can I come by for a meeting?

We usually don't attend in-person meetings, but we'd be happy to discuss the games with you over the phone or organize an online meeting.

You're always welcome to contact us. If there are multiple decision-makers, we can mark a date on the calendar for you to meet at a specific time. This way, we can provide more information about the games and update you on their progress during the phone call.

About Virtual Teambuilding.

Who are you?

Virtualteambuilding.eu is owned by Lykke & Co A/S, a Danish company that has conducted over 4,500 events during its 15 years of business.

We facilitate unique virtual team building events that strengthen relationships between colleagues whilst enhancing their cooperation and communication skills, in the process.

We are based in Odense, Denmark – which is also the hometown of the fairytale author Hans Christian Andersen and our games are just as intriguing as his stories. All our events are conducted LIVE from inside of our own building, where we have various sets such as police stations, forensics labs, an interrogation room and many more.

All our games are owned and developed by us and we do not use subcontractors.

What are you doing for the climate?

At our company, we prioritize the environment and climate by consistently working towards reducing energy consumption and implementing various measures.

Can you sign a code of conduct?

If we are required to become a supplier for you, we are willing to discuss signing a code of conduct, adhering to special supplier conditions, or any other necessary agreements. We are open to this dialogue, as long as the requirements are reasonable and proportional to the number of events involved.

Can I cancel the event?

You have different cancellation options depending on how much time there is until the event. Please refer to our terms and conditions for further information on the available cancellation options.

Please note that we differentiate between cancelling the event entirely or simply moving the date.

The Event

When is the best time to start?

Our games can be conducted both during the day and throughout the evening. We can start at whatever time suits you the best – no matter what timezone you are located in.

How many teams will we be divided into?

Participants will be divided into several teams. The number of teams depends on the final number of participants. We can split the teams randomly. Should you wish to determine the team in advance this is possible in the standard and plus editions.

How many participants can we be?

Between 3-2.000 participants. Contact us if you have other needs.

Can you do it in other languages?

All our games are available in English.

However, most meeting platforms have features that can help participants who experience difficulties understanding English. See the options for Interpreter and subtitles here.

We are located in Denmark – and therefore we also offer all our games in Danish. If you are interested in our Danish versions – please visit our Danish site www.lykkeco.dk.

Is it LIVE or pre-recorded?

Everything takes place LIVE. At the agreed starting time, our facilitators are ready to greet you and your team in our virtual meeting room and will be present throughout the entire process.

Everything we say and do is LIVE. Nothing is pre-recorded.

Is there any prepareration needed?

We will facilitate everything and guide you throughout the entire game.

Besides a computer with internet access and webcam, there is no preparation or downloading needed from the participants.

We typically use Zoom, Teams or Google Meet as a platform for the event.

On the actual day

How many will be attending from your company?

We facilitate everything from start to finish.

Regardless of the selected edition participants will always have a facilitator who leads the entire game.

For events with many participants and/or in plus editions we'll provide several facilitators that will attend and assist in the game and/or act as a backup with technical aspects, team division etc.

What do I need to do?

After booking the event you can sit back and relax.

We will plan all the details and take care of the whole event from start to finish. Once we get started, there is nothing you need to do. You can participate on equal terms with your colleagues.

Payment

When and how should we pay?

All prices are based on prepayment before the event. Most customers prefer to pay by credit card when ordering. If you prefer to pay by invoice it will be sent by email and should be paid 7 days before the event. Please note we add a 50 EUR handling fee on invoices.

Can we pay after the event?

If you would like to obtain credit, then credit approved customers can pay at a later date with the following administration fees:

Event date +30 days : +70 eur excl. VAT

Event date +60 days : +130 eur excl. VAT
